The Ministry of Education (the Buyer) is seeking a Main Contractor for the Construction of a two storey eight classroom block at Te Hihi School (the School). The nature of the project is construction of a new building that will consist of eight teaching spaces over two floors; it will allow for break out spaces and teacher resource rooms between the spaces and will require lift access to the first floor.
