This project has been derived from the Schools Condition Assessment that was undertaken to develop the 10 year property plan. The condition assessment identified work required to roofs and wall claddings around various areas of the school. The work was identified because either the component had reached its end of life, or it could be extended. As a result, a project has been developed to address all roofing and wall cladding items in one procurement.
