Remove the existing Bifold, sliding and hinged doors as shown on the plans. Remove the existing ramps built over the existing concrete terrace.
Supply and install new double glazed aluminium powder coat (white) level sill stacker doors in place of the existing bifold doors, these doors are to have vision rails, lock sets and small fixed high light windows above the doors to reduce the door height to 2m. fit all trim and flashings to these doors and leave weather tight.

Supply and install new double glazed aluminium powder coat (white) hinged doors in place of the existing sliding doors into the classrooms x 3 and the 2 doors (single glazed) into the toilets, these doors shall have vision rails, fixed glazed sidelights to reduce the door openings to 860mm and locksets, keyed alike to the stacker doors for the classrooms, locksets shall be key operated from the exterior and free opening from the interior.

Construct a new deck over the existing concrete terrace with timber steps as detailed. Construct a new accessible ramp to the west side of the deck in full compliance with D1/AS1. Supply and install 40mm NB galvanised pipe hand rails to both sides of all steps and ramp.

Cut a new vision panel into the door of the reading recovery room (500mmx500mm).

All glazing is to be Garde A safety glass.

Remove the door into room 1, frame up opening, line and clad to match existing. Line inside the wall with Autex Composition board to match existing.
