The Ministry of Education (the Buyer) is seeking responses to the RFP for Redevelopment Works at Sherwood Primary School (the school)
Sherwood Primary School is located at 40 Sartors Avenue in Browns Bay, Auckland. It is a decile 10 school and has a current role of 419 students.
Sherwood Primary School will undergo extensive Redevelopment Works to replace both aged buildings and buildings affected by weather-tightness related issues. The proposed Redevelopment Works will provide new administration facilities, new teaching space, and a new multi-purpose hall together with the required infrastructure and external works to facilitate the proposed works.
The supplier will be expected to start works on site approximately 18/11/2016 with an anticipated construction period of approximately 260 days.
The school is required to stay in operation for the duration of the project with a contractor requirement to establish a safe and secure construction zone for the project.
