The Board of Trustees (the Buyer) is seeking main construction contractors for the three combined construction projects: conversion of 2 teaching spaces to an innovative learning environment (Block 1); upgrade 2 toilet blocks (Block 2); redevelop a Relocatable classroom (Block 3).

The project involves: Block 1 convert 2 teaching spaces to an innovative learning environment, and develop a breakout area; Block 2 upgrade 2 toilet blocks (new plumbing fittings, hot water, new linings, new windows and doors, new partitions, redecorate and minor roofing work); Block 3 convert an existing relocatable to two teaching spaces and a break out space, extend the building to create a third teaching space, toilets and single breakout (conversion includes new external wall linings, new roof cladding, new windows and doors, internal modernisation, decking and general redecoration).
