Block C Rooms 4 & 5 - Project includes remodel / refurbishment of rooms to bring them up to a Modern Learning Environment and current Building Code standards, Project including new interior linings where required, new lighting, roof, insulation, exterior cladding, aluminium joinery and ranch sliders, deck to front. The toilets are to be relined and upgraded. Upgrade is to include the creation of a new 25m2 extension to create a breakout space (additional electrical sockets, data points & a distribution upgrade are only anticipated)

Pool Changing Room - Project includes the construction of a new pool changing room adjacent to the existing swimming pool – approx 60m2.
