The Ministry of Education and The Board of Trustees (the Buyer) is seeking Registrations of Interest for the Main Building Contractor for Capital Maintenance Project - Toilet Block Upgrade at Putorino School (the School).
This Project comprises:
• Existing toilets partitions demolished and fixtures removed,
• Re-configure layout to include new male and female toilets and cleaners cupboard,
• Existing windows removed and bi-fold doors installed,
• All existing toilets replaced with new, and reconfigured to separate single toilets,
• Existing Hot water cylinder to be checked for condition and compliance.
• Toilet fittings include hot and cold water, new basins, new toilet pans, and new cleaners sink,
