The Ministry of Education (the buyer) is seeking Quantity Survey Services for two school projects. These Schools include: Aotea College and Ngaio School.
Quantity Survey services will be required for the property works planned for each school. The scope of the works at the schools includes repair / rebuild / new build / demolition; and involves works required to address weather tightness requirements, capital and cyclical maintenance and 21st century learning environments.
