The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) is inviting Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably qualified and experienced main construction companies who will make up a Tender Short-list.

The short-listed parties will then be then invited to submit tender prices for the Edgewater College – Sommerville Satellite Unit.

The works are to construct a 285m2 (approx.) Special Needs Satellite Unit and all associated turning circles and car parks. It is anticipated that the construction phase of this project will be 30 weeks with a build cost of approximately $1,000,000.00
