The Ministry’s Christchurch Schools Rebuild (CSR) Programme property team is intending to let a contract for Project Management services for the following school project:

• Bundle 2016-05 – Spreydon School, Building Information Modelling (BIM) Pilot Project

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (‘RFP’) is for the Ministry to invite consultants (via GETS) to submit a proposal for the Project Management Services for this school project.

The successful respondent will be required to deliver Engineer to the Contract, Engineer’s Representative and Project Management services for the design, procurement and contract management of the school project.

This is the Ministry’s inaugural BIM project and therefore the consultants must have a high level of BIM experience to enable successful deliver the project.
