Nelson College for Girls Board of Trustees (the Buyer) are seeking a Main Contractor for upgrading the English Department Block at Nelson College for Girls (the School).
The School desires the English Department to become a Modern Learning Environment Space. This involves opening up the first floor to create large open plan spaces and constructing a new deck. This project also involves structural upgrading and removal of Asbestos (as required) over both levels. For further information please refer to attached documentation.
The tender documents will be sent out on 28 February 2016, to shortlisted Respondents. Construction is scheduled to commence following award of the Contract; 18 April 2016.
