Te Rangi Aniwaniwa - New Specialist Technology Building - Registration of Interest

The Ministry of Education is seeking Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced Main Contractor level construction companies for a project at Te Rangi Aniwaniwa, Quarry Road, Kaitaia.
The Project is MOE funded and the contract will be signed with the MOE.

The project comprises of a 200m2 Specialist Technology building with a Science Laboratory and Resistant Materials room, with external covered verandas.
The building is single story on a concrete slab.

Tenders will be released after ROI companies are shortlisted & Detailed Design have been completed.
