The Board of Trustees of Brandon Intermediate School (the Buyer) is seeking a main building contractor for Block 2 - Refurbish Classrooms at Brandon Intermediate School (the School).

The project sets out to modernise and improve four classrooms in Block 2 which will involve window and door renewal, replacement floor, wall and ceiling finishes. It will also set out to rationalise toilets and create withdrawal/breakout teaching areas.

This procurement looks for a professional building contractor that can employ appropriately experienced staff, competent subcontractors and proven suppliers to deliver a highly performing and robust refurbishment.
