Ngaruawahia High School Board of Trustees are seeking registrations of interest from main building contractors only to carryout construction works to remove existing asbestos based roofing, re-pitch and replace roofing and alter the existing Technical Block + re-pitch and replace roofing to the Gymnasium.

Registration of Interest Evaluation Criteria

(a) Experience (within similar environments) - 40%
(b) Human Resources (available capacity to commit to the project and competencies of key staff) - 30%
(c) Time, Cost, Quality (details of systems, previous projects completed on time, on or below budget + to the quality standards specified) - 15%
(d) Actions of Claims (details of any H&S incidents or weather tightness claims suffered within the last 2 years) - 10%
(e) Location (company location in relation to project site) - 5%

Registrations of Interest (refer attached 'ROI' Document) + questions relating to this project are to be submitted via the GETS website.

The Board of Trustees reserves the final right to accept or decline any registration of interest received for this project.

Further information:
The contract for the Gymnasium only has been awarded to Thorburn Builders Ltd. The Technology Block aspect of this ROI process will be released for tender at a later date.
