Epsom Normal Primary School BOT is inviting Proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Main Contractors only (suppliers) to carry out the construction of the below projects:

- Block 3: Toilet block refurbishment (both internal and external works)
- MLE refurbishment of classrooms 24 & 25.

The construction phase of this project will take place over the December / January holidays and must be finished prior to the commencement of Term 1 2016.

Epsom Normal Primary School BOT has engaged Greenstone Group to act as project manager and engineer to the contract for this project. This includes managing the procurement process.
