The Ministry’s Christchurch Schools Rebuild (CSR) Programme property team is intending to undertake Enabling Works and Demolition Services for the School Hall at Christchurch Boys High School (CBHS) and will carry out a two stage procurement process (ROI and RFP) to identify a suitable contractor to carry out these works.

The purpose of this Registration of Interest (ROI) is for the Ministry to short list a maximum of three suitable participants to tender (Request for Proposal stage) for the Enabling Works and Demolition Services at CBHS.

Following the ROI, the short listed respondents will have the opportunity to provide more detailed responses during the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage. The successful Respondent after the RFP stage will be taken forward to work with the Ministry and its key stakeholders, to deliver Enabling Works and Demolition Services
