Registration of Interest is sought from Main Contractors for a rebuilding project at Napier Girls' High School.
Scope/nature of the project – Demolition of the existing Arthur Block Music Suite at Napier Girls' High School, and a replacement building on same footprint as the existing with small extensions – all of approximately 300 sq metres of new build. Construction generally of steel structure, timber framing, metal & fabric roofs, all on a slightly sloping site. Site access will be limited and tight – and adjacent to residential properties.
Retaining wall structures are required to the side boundary, and to the rear of the new build work – the side boundary retaining wall will be installed by others prior to this construction work progressing.
