Registration of interest is sought from building contractors who have the resources and capability to undertake the above project, which will entail the remodeling of Block 3 and the refurbishment of 3 toilet blocks at the school.
The School has to remain safe and operable during the entire project. Block 3 will be made available for remodeling works but the 3 toilet blocks will be undertaken in agreed stages with the School.
Registrations should provide details of the company’s history; where they are based; previous similar experience and the existing numbers and types of employees. Previous school work or similar should also be noted along with current availability and the names of referees, who may be contacted.

Registrations should only be submitted from those contractors who will be willing and available to work extensively over the upcoming school Christmas holiday period.
The project will be run via a project manager appointed by the School Board of Trustees and will be subject to the rules set out in the Ministry of Education Property Guidelines (Refer http://www.education.govt.nz/school/property/state-schools/)
