We are seeking Registration of Interest from competent main contractors to complete an internal remodel at Bulls School.
All communications to the Project manager.
It is envisaged that the tender documents will be sent out approximately late July/early August 2015. Completion date for this work will be discussed with the successful tenderer.
Contractors that register will be evaluated using the following criteria (weighted as indicated), and short listed to a maximum of 5 to be invited to tender.
Relevant experience / track record of supplier and/or personnel 30%
Relevant qualifications / professional associations of supplier and/or personnel 20%
Systems / Processes / Ethics 5%
Sufficient Resources 20%
Availability 20%
Contingency 5%
The Ministry of Education and/or the School Board of Trustees reserve the right not to proceed to tender and/or not all those who register will necessarily be invited to submit a tender.
