The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) is inviting Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the following project:

Westport South School - Modernisation of Toilet Block (South Wing Block A).

SITE LOCATION –Westport South School, Derby Street, Westport.

The project involves the stripping out of the whole area in Block A. This will include wall linings, toilet partitions, ceilings, floor coverings, toilet fixtures and windows etc. It also involves the construction of new partitions, frame work, installation of toilets, hand basins, tapware, hand dryers, urinals, windows, doors, insulation, floor coverings and lighting, . This project is likely to commence in August 2015.

The scope of works is currently being reviewed to a detailed level to allow a full itemised and accurate scope of works to be compiled in relation the Ministry of Education, Building Code and New Zealand Standards requirements and a full set of working drawings and scope of works and specifications will be made available at the time of request for tender.
