• Registrations of interest are sought from main building contractors only for the internal upgrade of six classrooms and associated support spaces within the existing B Block. This includes a small amount of interior demolition as well as the removal of an asbestos ceiling to one classroom
• Size: Classroom block consisting of 6 teaching spaces
Contractors registering interest will be assessed on the following criteria:
• Relevant experience for this type of project 40%
• Capability to undertake a project of this scale 30%
• Quality of workmanship on similar projects 20%
• Communication 5%
• Value, labour rates and margins on variations 3%
• Health & safety record 2%
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to short list and accepts or rejects any contractors after a review of the Registrations of Interest, past performance and reference checks.
