The Ministry of Education is inviting Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced main Building Contractors to carry out works in relation to Block A at Kaitao Middle School, Rotorua. The works consist of demolition of existing 254 m2 teaching block (block A) including foundations, construction of new 172 m2 teaching block in same location as existing block A and the removal & relocation of existing adjacent block U to another location on the school site. The approximate budget for the proposed works is $300,000 - $400,000 excl GST.
