This ROI relates to the procurement of a main contractor to deliver the hard fit out works for the Ground Floor 162 Victoria Street West Project.
The key outcome that we want to achieve is the successful, timely construction of the new MBIE front-facing hub for Auckland Central. We require occupation of the new tenancy including soft fit out and ICT (managed by MBIE directly) by October 2021.
