Overview:	The Temporary Accommodation Service (TAS), a branch of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), plays a critical role in supporting emergency response and recovery activities across New Zealand. This procurement seeks to appoint one or more national providers to deliver connection and disconnection services for relocatable cabins used to provide temporary accommodation to households displaced by emergency events. TAS owns relocatable cabins that are deployed to provide temporary accommodation for households displaced by emergency events and requires connection and disconnection services to support their ongoing deployment and recovery. The successful supplier(s) will be responsible for coordinating and managing all activities required to safely connect and disconnect relocatable cabins from sites. Overview:	This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) listing. The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) administers the Founder and Startup Support Programme (FSSP), which supports high-potential startups. MBIE engages external providers to deliver startup support services through the FSSP. MBIE is establishing the FSSP Deep Technology Incubator Pilot (Pilot) to strengthen support for deep-technology ventures and generate evidence on the effectiveness of different incubation models to inform future government investment decisions. The Pilot is distinct from the existing Deep Tech Incubator Programme. Deep-technology ventures are founded on significant scientific or technological advancements and typically face long development timeframes, substantial capital requirements, complex commercialisation pathways, and technical, intellectual property and regulatory risks. These factors can create a gap between early-stage research support and the point at which ventures are able to attract private investment on commercial terms. The Pilot is a time-limited initiative designed to support the commercialisation of high-potential deep-technology ventures while testing and evaluating different approaches to deep-tech incubation. Providers will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, selecting and incubating approximately 40 eligible ventures in total across all contracts awarded through this procurement. MBIE is seeking innovative proposals for how incubation services could be delivered, rather than prescribing a single delivery model. Proposed services should help ventures reduce technical and commercial risks, strengthen entrepreneurial capability, and progress towards commercialisation and private investment. MBIE expects the Contract to commence in mid-February 2027. The anticipated initial Contract term is one year and four months, with an option to extend for up to a further one year, resulting in a potential total term of two years and four months. Overview:	The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), through New Zealand Government Procurement (NZGP), is seeking information from providers that offer travel management services. Currently NZGP has an All-of-Government (AoG) contract - Travel Management Services, which is due to expire in June 2028. The current AoG Travel Management Services arrangement provides government agencies with access to travel management providers for booking and managing business travel throughout New Zealand and internationally. As the travel industry continues to evolve, customer expectations, technology capabilities, reporting requirements, traveller wellbeing considerations, sustainability objectives, and value-for-money expectations are also changing. We would like to understand how the market is performing and how it may have changed throughout the term of the existing contract. The current contract was established in 2019, and we know that there has been a lot of change in the industry from then until now. We are looking for responses from current panel providers, and also providers not currently on the panel. The response form has been designed to capture information that will be useful in planning our return to market. Please ensure you read this in full and follow all instructions. Overview:	Currently NZGP runs the All-of-Government (AoG) Contract for Consultancy Services, which has an evergreen term (that is, it has no set expiry date). NZGP would like the Contract to be more accessible and effective for public sector agencies and consultancy providers and is considering how best to achieve those objectives. We are looking for responses from current AoG providers and other providers interested in supplying to Government Agencies. This RFI is a key input into the formation of the next generation AoG Consultancy Services solution and how it will function. NZGP currently anticipates releasing a tender for the next generation AoG Consultancy Services solution to the market in the first half of 2027.
