This RFT relates to the procurement of a main contractor for the hard fit out works forming part of MBIE’s
Ground Floor, 162 Victoria Street West Project (162 VSW Ground Floor). This project is being led by MBIE’s
Property Team.
The main contractor will provide construction services to fit out MBIE’s new tenancy in accordance with
the design documentation, to the required standards and quality, and within the stipulated timeframes and
budget available.
