KiwiRail, in collaboration with the New Zealand Government, is progressing its consideration of potential delivery options for the MPRL Programme.

The upcoming EOI will build on the strong market interest demonstrated during the RFI phase. Participation in the EOI will be open to all interested parties, including those who did not submit an RFI response.
Through this process, KiwiRail aims to gather more detailed market insights and enable meaningful engagement with prospective delivery partners or consortia capable of proposing innovative, value-focused solutions.
