The existing bridge is a three span steel girder structure. <br>Bridge 208 MSL is located at chainage 352+901 on the MSL and spans over the mouth of the Waitati River where it enters Blueskin Bay. The intent of the RFP is to identify suitably qualified design and contractor partners to participate in a funded Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase, supporting further consideration of potential progression to a Design and Build delivery model.<br><br>For the purposes of this RFP, ECI refers to a collaborative process encompassing design development, value engineering, programme optimisation, and risk refinement.
