Kāinga Ora requires a New Zealand–based partner that can provide both comprehensive brokerage services and end-to-end placement of group medical, life, trauma, and income protection insurance.

This includes market canvassing, insurer negotiation, policy design, and secure digital administration with APIs, enrolments, reporting, and strong security controls.

The provider must also manage BAU administration, claims support, and employee experience while delivering high-quality data driven reporting, communications, and nationwide servicing.
