What we need
Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities (Kāinga Ora) are seeking to create a group panel of providers to support a nationwide range of confidential talk-based therapies to our people. You may be able to provide some or all the following or:
• confidential counselling for all Kāinga Ora employees as issues arise
• ongoing Professional Supervision for Kāinga Ora employees in roles at higher risk of exposure to psychosocial hazards
• other talk therapies to help our people manage personal and/or work-related issues which can affect their wellbeing and work performance.

The opportunity will include, but not be limited to:
• services provided with expertise to support a diverse workforce including people with Te Ao and Kaupapa Māori, Pasifika, disability, Rainbow, pan-Asian, neuro-diverse and refugee backgrounds.
• being delivered in the most appropriate way for the situation e.g. individual and group sessions, in-person and virtual modes, onsite support
• a user-friendly website, digital tools and accessible booking system with SSO (single sign on)
• customisable reporting and anonymised data
• ability to provide some or all of the following broader support:

o Critical incident responses (e.g. de-briefs after distressing events)
