Health NZ is undertaking a single-stage open market Request for Tender (RFT) through the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) for Programme Professional Services for RHRP Tranche 2.

The procurement comprises two separately defined packages: Package 1 - Programme Design Management and Package 2 - Programme Project Controls.
Respondents may tender for either package or both packages. Each package has its own scope, response requirements, evaluation criteria, pricing requirements, closing date and evaluation process.

Although both packages are released concurrently through one RFT, each package will be evaluated and awarded independently. Appointment to one package is not a prerequisite for appointment to the other. Health NZ may appoint the same Respondent to both packages or different Respondents to each package.

Where the same Respondent is identified as the Preferred Respondent for both packages following completion of the separate evaluations, Health NZ may negotiate commercial, resourcing or delivery synergies associated with awarding both packages to that Respondent. Any such negotiation will occur only after Preferred Respondent status has been identified independently for each package and will not form part of, or influence, the evaluation outcome for either package.
