Health New Zealand, Northern Region, Counties Manukau District (the Principal) is seeking a main contractor to deliver a Specialised Rehabilitation Centre (the Project)

The purpose of the the Principal's Specialised Rehabilitation Centre is to provide inpatient and rehabilitation services for up to 30 spinal rehabilitation patients.

The Principal is looking for a main contractor that has the requisite capability and experience, with an understanding of the complex environment within which the project will be delivered.

One of the challenges for the project is disruption management and limiting changes to the hospital operation. Therefore, it is important that the selected main contractor has a proven track record of delivering projects with a diverse network of stakeholders, within a critical healthcare facility and with a sensitive surrounding environment.
