Overview
Health New Zealand (Health NZ) is seeking Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified vendors for a diversion management solution to support Emergency Department (ED) redirection with the intent to inform Health NZ regarding the options available in the market.
We are seeking an experienced Solution Implementation Partner to implement a seamless and efficient service that will support safe, timely redirection of patients to appropriate care.
The vendor should have experience working in the primary and community care sector with already established relationships and using products that have demonstrated their value in providing high-quality primary and community care
