Overview
Currently there are two chillers at the Oncology building. The old R22 refrigerant chiller 2 needs to be replaced with a heat exchanger and pipes to the new chilled water system in the adjacent Parkside building ETP003. The works include construction of a new chilled water system from oncology to Parkside building. Associated works i.e. seismic engineering (NZS 4219), scaffolding, penetrations, lifting out the old R22 chiller through the roof.
