Auckland Community Anatomic Pathology Service (APS) is currently located within the Awanui Labs building at 37-41 Carbine Road, Mt Wellington.
Health NZ - Te Toka Tumai Auckland has leased an industrial building of approximately 3,300 sqm to relocate APS into. A main contractor is required to complete the internal fit out of approximately 2,920 sqm within this new building (the project).
1,171 sqm of this space will be Physical Containment Level 2 (PC2) lab area, therefore, we are seeking a main contractor that can demonstrate an understanding of PC2 requirements, as well as proven experience working with complex building services to deliver this project.
Given the lease expiration of the current site, we require fit out of the new laboratory to be completed no later than mid-May 2027.
