Overview
Health NZ – Nelson Marlborough is undertaking the Braemar Roof Replacement (the Project) to replace the roofs on two administrative buildings located at Nelson Hospital’s Braemar campus and invites suitably qualified organisations to submit a response for consideration..
These roofs have reached end of life.
• Scope: remove two concrete tile and flat roofs and replace with long run tin.
• Rationale: to replace aging infrastructure to increase the useable lifespan of the buildings and to ensure weathertightness.
• Timeframes: to be completed during the months of June 2026 and August 2026.
• Value for money: price will be a key metric for contract award.
Out of Scope - Rainwater water goods replacement.
