Overview

Health NZ – Waitematā is undertaking the NSH Kitchen & CSSD Electrification Project (ETP085 – Steam Boiler Removal x2) at North Shore Hospital (the Project), which will enable the transition from existing gas-fired steam infrastructure to electrically powered systems supporting the Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) and hospital kitchen.
The Project will deliver improved energy efficiency, reduced carbon emissions, and enhanced long-term infrastructure resilience, while ensuring continuity of critical hospital operations within a live clinical environment.

The purpose of this tender is to engage a suitably qualified Quantity Surveying consultant to provide cost management and commercial advisory services for the Project.
