Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora (HNZ) is seeking a local provider who has capability and capacity to setup a new Crisis Recovery Cafe in Auckland |Te Toka Tumai, Hamilton, and Lakes District.
The Crisis Recovery Café will provide peer-led-delivered services and supportive community-based crisis prevention and crisis response service in a café-style, peer-led environment.
It is important that the service must be accessible, especially for those with disabilities, and most importantly, supportive for all cultures, especially Māori who experience higher rates of inequity. Providers who are interested in this opportunity must have strong connections to their local communities.
The intention is to run an open RFP (Request of Proposal) process. When the process commences, potential respondents will be able to submit a proposal that demonstrates how their proposal meets the criteria of RFP.
Indicative time frame: The full submission criteria and RFP process will be published on GETS in April 2026.
Note: This is a Future Procurement Opportunity (FPO). It is an alert to providers of a potential upcoming procurement activity. It does not represent a commitment by HNZ to procure.
