You are invited to participate in a closed competitive RFP process. Five providers were shortlisted from the Consultancy Services All-of-Government Panel, sub-category policy, research and development.
We are looking for a provider that will support us in building a new intelligence system to monitor and evaluate the national Health Promotion Minimising Gambling Harm (MGH) programme.
We realise this will take different skillsets and respondents are welcome to design solutions that involve collaboration with others to deliver the solution.
The Buyer wishes to procure a provider to:
** implement the MGH monitoring and evaluation plan, which includes but is not limited to; a benchmark and annual survey, media content analysis, analysis of programme administration records, project reports, a venue staff pulse and analysis of MGH resource use including web traffic.
** Monitor campaign delivery and outcomes (including SGA brand recall)
** Complete small qualitative and/or quantitative research projects to fill knowledge gaps as they arise
