Overview

Health New Zealand – Northland District (the Principal) is seeking to appoint a Panel of suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers of Passive Fire Protection Services (the Services) for its Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, and Project requirements.

The Principal consists of Northland hospital campuses and community facilities;
Whangarei - its hospital campus and community facilities,
Bay of Islands - its hospital campus and community facilities,
Dargaville - its hospital campus and community facilities, and
Kaitaia - its hospital campus and community facilities.

The Principal owns and operates facilities associated with delivering health and disability services and is responsible for the repair and maintenance of these facilities.
These hospital campuses and community facilities are operational 24/7, shutdowns of services (both utilities and clinical) need to be carefully planned and considered to minimise impacts on patients and staff.

Note:
The Principal is undertaking this procurement on behalf of all Northland hospitals and their community facilities under the Northern Region. A Supplier must successfully proceed through all procurement phases and subsequent contract negotiations to be a panel member. Only suppliers on the panels will be able to provide in-scope services to the Northland hospitals.
