Overview

1.2. The scope of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is twofold:
a) Primary Procurement: To establish a Supplier Panel for the Supply of Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT) Equipment & Associated Maintenance Services.
b) Immediate Secondary Procurement Opportunity: To invite secondary procurement proposals from suppliers who are applying for the Supplier Panel and who wish to enter into an agreement to supply the Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT) Equipment & Associated Maintenance Services to Waitaha Canterbury District.
c) FUTURE OPPORTUNITY: Please be aware Waikato District are observers to this process as they may have future equipment requirements. They may join this Secondary process, however we will notify you in writing and confirm the currency of your information, share all information with them for evaluation purposes, then seek further quotes on their behalf.

d) Panel Agreement Term - The Panel Agreement will have no end date.
e) Schedule of Agreed Equipment (SAE) Term – Ten years. For each District specific purchase a Schedule of Agreed Equipment will be drafted with a term of 10 years which we anticipate to be the useful life of the equipment.
