This Request for Proposal (RFP) relates to the purchase of an Appointment Viewing and Booking Solution (booking solution) from successful respondents of a previous Registrations of Interest (ROI) process.
Online GP Care is an initiative to make available telehealth services to New Zealanders. This work is about making sure Kiwis can get timely access to the care they need from primary care providers, to keep themselves healthy, especially when they cannot get a timely appointment with their regular general practitioner (GP), or outside normal clinical hours.
HNZ is looking for a booking solution to be delivered as a SaaS or managed services. It is our expectation that the booking solution will be delivered with one or more widgets that can be integrated with our partner websites or mobile apps.
In order to make it easier for patients to find the right service and to make a suitable booking for that service, we require a digital booking solution that can be used across existing channels.
