Health NZ - Te Manawa Taki is looking for providers to deliver Lead Regional Workforce Development Services in Te Manawa Taki. The services will support and co-ordinate an education or training network to attract, develop, and retain primary and community health workforces. In addition, the service will work with other providers to offer a comprehensive network of support and training opportunities.

Successful Respondent(s) will be expected to have capability, experience and infrastructure to deliver the services in their community with a good track record in the management and implementation of community-based programmes. We are interested in a service that may also deliver value added outcomes through wider benefits such as employment opportunities. It is required that the providers will have effective networks and strong relationships within their local community.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a NZ-wide initiative that will be delivered regionally. Lead providers will support local leaders to implement initiatives that develop health workforces. Through investment in community partnerships and a skilled intervention workforce, you will empower these communities to find local solutions to local needs.
