The scope of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is twofold:-

1) Primary Procurement - to establish a Supplier Panel for the supply of Full Blood Count (FBC) Analysers and Digital Morphology instruments.

2) Immediate Secondary Procurement Opportunity - four NZ Health Districts have a requirement for FBC Analysers with Associated Accessories, Consumables and Maintenance Services. A Digital Morphology instrument would also be needed alongside by a few of these Districts as both technologies together improve lab efficiency and standardisation, hence the combined RFP.
