Health NZ is undertaking the Wellington Hospital Emergency Department Refurbishment Project (Front of Whare) (the Project).

This is a complex, 16-step programme that replaces the Wellington Emergency Department (ED), as well as refurbishing key ancillary areas that addresses seismic, configuration and capacity expansion to enable flow at Wellington Regional Hospital (WRH) without adding GFA.

The purpose of this tender is to elicit responses from interested Respondents to submit a full tender in response to this Request for Proposal (the RFP). The conclusion of the RFP will identify a preferred supplier for the Project with whom Health NZ may enter into a professional services contract.
