Overview

Health NZ – Counties Manukau is advancing the Grow Manukau project to enhance healthcare services and deliver improved health outcomes for our community. As part of this commitment to creating safe, efficient, and modern healthcare environments, the shell space designated for this initiative is currently under construction, within and as part of the wider North Building of the Manukau Health Park project. The infusion centre spans approximately 500 m². This space is designed to accommodate consultant rooms, infusion bays, and various support areas, meeting the needs of patients and healthcare providers.

Health NZ – Counties Manukau is now seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Main Contractors to be contracted on an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) basis to undertake the fit-out works for a new Infusion Centre at Manukau Health Park. The scope will include planning, design collaboration, pricing and construction of Oncology Infusion Bays, alongside associated outpatient and clinical support areas, within the existing shell space on Level 1 of the North Building.

The procurement will be delivered through a two-stage ECI, then a construct model, with the intention to engage a Preferred Supplier under a Pre-Construction Services Agreement. Proposals must demonstrate the ability to provide complete services, including design collaboration and construction of infusion bays, consultant rooms, and support areas.

Please refer to the RFP Brief and tender documents attached to this RFx for more information.
