Overview

As part of the Proof of Concept (POC) process selected, suppliers are required to submit a detailed pricing proposal either with their POC submission or no later than 18 Business days from the date of POC commencement. This pricing must cover all costs associated with the POC activities, potential full implementation, and ongoing support. The 15 -Business day timeframe is fixed to ensure timely evaluation and progression to contract award. Late submissions may not be considered unless exceptional circumstances are communicated and approved in advance by Health NZ. This work will come under a statement of work to be negotiated with the successful responder.
