This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by CBRE Limited and CBRE (Agency) Limited on behalf of Health New Zealand (Te Whatu Ora). The purpose of this RFI is to invite submissions from interested parties regarding the supply of land and/or the development of a healthcare precinct located in South Auckland, including a future large-scale hospital, related healthcare infrastructure and services for the region and beyond.
