Overview

Health New Zealand - Capital Coast and Hutt Valley District is undertaking the procurement of a district-wide car parking management contract, including the provision of associated supporting technology such as hardware and software systems.
The primary objective of this procurement is to replace the expired car parking management contract at Wellington Regional Hospital (WRH) and to implement a unified parking management solution across other major CCHV district sites.
This may also extend to additional sites within the wider region.

Health New Zealand -Waitematā District is replacing and upgrading its parking management system. As part of the overarching health and disability services provided to the public, it provides access and egress to the four main sites of the Waitematā campuses to paid vehicle parking areas. The parking management system was installed to the North Shore and Waitakere Hospital sites in 2011 with Mason Clinic and Karaka Street, Takapuna sites subsequently installed.
The current parking management system is largely the same as it was also introduced in 2011 and is now past the end of its useful life and requires replacement and upgrading through the supply, installation, system transition and servicing of the proposed system.
