This RFT relates to the engagement of a competent Contractor to deliver Sterile Services Unit in the Children Pavilion Building at Dunedin Hospital contained in the design provided by the Client.
The project aims to deliver a new Sterile Services with:
• Improved air quality and ventilation
• Increased space – with dedicated and separated space for decontamination and pre-cleaning – resulting in clear separation between clean and dirty and provide adequate number of sinks and contemporary equipment
• One-way workflow with clean and dirty separations
• Increased capacity to meet future demand for sterile services arising from the opening of the new Outpatient Building in 2026.
An overview of the programme and indicative dates project timeframes is provided as an appendix to this RFP and forms part of this RFP.
