Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora, Capital, Coast and Hutt Valley District (the Principal) is seeking a single Main Contractor to undertake the Works within Wellington Regional Hospital (WRH) Total Energy Centre (TEC) building.
The Works are associated with the modifications to the existing chilled water installation including addition of 2 new 1.5MW units, replacement and upgrade of the low and high voltage and works associated with the new 4 x 2.5MW Standby generators already installed in the WRH TEC.


Part 3 Price Response document is currently being prepared by the Quantity Surveyor and will be circulated on GETS as a Notice to Tenderers (NTT) once it is finalised.
This is intended to be issued with enough lead-in to the Deadline for Tender responses.
